Educational Method for Self-Evaluation of One’s Strong Potentials
We all have strong potentials from which our successes, performances and true motivation hail from.
A Potentials Assessment using the Potentialis® method enables you to detect your strong potentials with short guided exercises accessible to all1, and then base your educational, career or personal projects objectives on them for success.
Positive – we all have potentials! – and non-judgemental by nature, a Potentials Assessment is a solid foundation that will bring momentum for all your future endeavours.
Developed over the last 30 years by Mrs M.R. Rollet in Lyon (France), the method has been experimented and validated since by scientists, doctors, researchers and psychologists2. In 2007 it was validated by Albert Bandura from Stanford University in correlation with his self-efficacy theory.
Innovative by design, Potentialis® theoretical founding principles originate from cognitive science3 and today’s neuroscience research. Teams of teachers, orientation coaches, psychologists and neuroscience researchers work on its constant update in line with the latest studies and research publications.
Today, it is used by 300+ people in France and Belgium.
It is the first time the method is used in English, and I am the only practitioner in Asia.
A Potentials Assessment In Practice
We will have two sessions, scheduled roughly two weeks apart to allow for the completion of guided exercises as well as the assimilation of the findings of session 1 and to allow time for self-reflection.
Using the Potentialis® method, I will guide you through the self-evaluation of your potentials with 16 short and spontaneous exercises accessible to all using everyday life situations.
You will fill-in your self-evaluation log book and discover yourself which ones are your strong potentials by building your own Potentials Overview.
Detecting and discovering your potentials using these types of exercises – different from tests – enables you to legitimately assimilate your results and understand when and how to utilise your personal resources.
You will receive your final Potentials Overview and detailed Analysis Report of your strong potentials, what they mean and what skills they translate into.

The report will also cross reference your strong potentials to business sectors and job functions they would be best applied in.
Taking into consideration your personal interests, preferences and values as well as your personal situation, together we start to formulate meaningful and realistic career objectives, or personal projects aspirations or adjustments depending on your needs.
If you wish so, we will also start listing your first concrete actions.
